Effective Date: February 1, 2026 | Last Updated: October 3, 2026

Recent changes

October 3, 2026: Sections 2.5 and 5.1.1 now say in the same words that AI-generated and imported entries may be published before any person has reviewed them; Section 5.1.1 states that we do not claim copyright in AI-generated material without human authorship; Section 5.6 explains how openly licensed material may be reused; Section 5.7 sets out the full requirements for copyright notices, a counter notice process and our repeat infringer policy; Sections 8.1 and 9 name only the advertising provider we use (Google). October 1, 2026: we corrected statements about how content is reviewed (Sections 2.5 and 5.1.1) and about our advertising providers (Section 9), and named our designated copyright agent (Section 5.7). None of these changes requires any action from you.

IMPORTANT NOTICE

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using LanguageKnow. By accessing or using our platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use LanguageKnow.

1. Introduction and Acceptance

Welcome to LanguageKnow ("Platform," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"), a community-driven language preservation and learning platform operated by KOMS Services LLC, a company registered in the United States ("Company"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LanguageKnow website located at languageknow.com and all related services, features, content, and applications.

By creating an account, accessing, or using LanguageKnow in any manner, you ("User," "you," or "your") enter into a legally binding agreement with KOMS Services LLC and agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional guidelines or rules posted on the Platform.

2. Platform Nature and Critical Disclaimers

2.1 Volunteer-Based Educational Platform

LanguageKnow operates as a volunteer-driven community platform dedicated to preserving endangered and underrepresented languages. All content contributors ("Teachers") participate on a purely voluntary basis without monetary compensation. The Platform does not employ Teachers, and no employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between KOMS Services LLC and any content contributor.

2.2 No Professional Certification or Accreditation

LanguageKnow is an informal educational resource and is expressly NOT:

  • An accredited educational institution or language school
  • A provider of professionally recognized language certifications
  • Affiliated with, endorsed by, or recognized by any governmental education authority, testing organization (including but not limited to ETS, IELTS, Cambridge Assessment, ACTFL, or similar bodies), academic institution, or professional licensing board
  • A substitute for formal language education, professional translation services, or licensed interpretation services
  • A guarantor of language proficiency, fluency, or competency

2.3 Certificate Limitations

Any certificates, badges, or completion acknowledgments issued through LanguageKnow are for personal recognition and motivational purposes only. Such certificates:

  • Have no academic, professional, or legal standing
  • Are not valid for employment verification, immigration applications, visa processing, academic credit, or professional licensing
  • Do not certify any specific level of language proficiency
  • Should not be represented as formal qualifications to any third party

2.4 No Compensation for Contributors

By contributing content to LanguageKnow as a Teacher, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are volunteering your time, knowledge, and content without expectation of monetary payment
  • Recognition points, badges, and contributor status are acknowledgments of participation, not forms of compensation
  • KOMS Services LLC has no obligation to provide payment, royalties, or any form of monetary benefit for your contributions, now or in the future
  • Your participation is entirely voluntary and may be discontinued at any time by either party

2.5 Content Sources and Disclaimer

Educational content on LanguageKnow comes from three sources: (1) teachers and other community members, whose contributions are reviewed by other teachers through our peer review system; (2) openly licensed third-party sources, such as linguistic databases and community dictionaries, from which entries are adapted under their own licenses (see Section 5.6); and (3) artificial intelligence, which generates some entries and lessons. AI-generated and imported entries are labeled by origin and may be published after automated quality checks, before any person has reviewed them. KOMS Services LLC does not:

  • Verify the credentials, qualifications, or expertise of volunteer content contributors
  • Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, authenticity, or cultural appropriateness of any content (whether contributed, imported, or AI-generated)
  • Endorse any specific linguistic interpretation, dialect, or usage presented by contributors or AI systems
  • Warrant that content is free from errors, omissions, inaccuracies, or AI-related biases
  • Guarantee that AI-generated content reflects authentic native speaker usage

2.6 Not Medical, Therapeutic, or Professional Service

LanguageKnow is not designed to diagnose, treat, or address speech disorders, learning disabilities, cognitive impairments, developmental delays, or any medical or psychological condition. Users requiring such services should consult licensed healthcare professionals, speech-language pathologists, or qualified educational specialists.

3. User Eligibility, Age Requirements and Account Responsibilities

3.1 Age Requirements and Parental Consent (COPPA Compliance)

LanguageKnow is open to users of all ages. However, we have specific requirements for younger users to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA):

Users Under 13 Years Old:

  • Verifiable parental consent is required before account creation
  • Parents must complete our Parental Consent Form
  • Content is automatically filtered to family-friendly levels only
  • No social features or public profiles are available
  • Parents can review, delete, or refuse further collection of their child's data at any time

Users 13-17 Years Old:

  • May create accounts independently
  • Parental notification is recommended but not required
  • Content maturity settings available (default: teen-appropriate)

Users 18+ Years Old:

  • Full access to all platform features
  • May adjust content maturity settings
  • Eligible to become volunteer teachers

By using LanguageKnow, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and, if applicable, have obtained appropriate parental consent.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. KOMS Services LLC shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

3.3 Accurate Information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information may result in immediate account termination.

Platform Liability & Group Governance

Limitation of Platform Liability:

  • LanguageKnow acts solely as a platform provider and does not operate, control, or manage individual language groups
  • Language groups are independently operated by volunteer teachers who make autonomous decisions regarding membership, content, and governance
  • LanguageKnow is NOT liable for decisions made by group founders, co-founders, or moderators, including but not limited to member removals, content approval/rejection, or group policies
  • The platform provides dispute resolution tools but does not guarantee specific outcomes
  • LanguageKnow reserves the right to intervene only in cases of clear Terms of Service violations

User Acknowledgment:

By participating in language groups, you expressly acknowledge that group governance is community-led and you release LanguageKnow from any liability related to group management decisions. Any disputes arising from group governance are between you and the group leaders, not LanguageKnow.

Volunteer Teacher Status:

  • All teachers on LanguageKnow are volunteers contributing their time and expertise voluntarily
  • NO employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between teachers and LanguageKnow
  • Teachers are not entitled to compensation, benefits, insurance, or any employment-related protections
  • Recognition systems (points, badges, certificates) are symbolic only and have zero monetary value
  • Teachers may cease volunteering at any time without notice or obligation

No Employment Claims:

You explicitly waive any claim that your participation as a volunteer teacher creates an employment or contractual relationship. Any dispute regarding volunteer status is subject to the binding arbitration provision below.

Binding Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Mandatory Arbitration Agreement:

BY USING LANGUAGEKNOW, YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING ARBITRATION, NOT IN COURT.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Disputes regarding volunteer status or alleged employment relationships
  • Claims arising from language group governance decisions (removals, suspensions, etc.)
  • Content disputes, intellectual property claims, or platform access issues
  • Any alleged violation of these Terms of Service

Arbitration Process:

  • Arbitration will be conducted by a neutral arbitrator under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules
  • Location: Arbitration shall take place in the state where LanguageKnow is registered
  • Costs: Each party pays their own legal fees; arbitration fees split equally unless otherwise awarded
  • Decision: The arbitrator's decision is final and binding with very limited appeal rights

Class Action Waiver:

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All disputes must be brought individually. You may not consolidate your claim with those of other users.

Jury Trial Waiver:

YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL. By agreeing to arbitration, you give up the right to have disputes heard by a judge or jury in court.

Internal Appeals Process (Before Arbitration):

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first use LanguageKnow's internal appeals process:

  • Submit a formal appeal through the platform within 30 days of the disputed action
  • Platform administrators will review your appeal and respond as soon as reasonably possible
  • If the internal appeal is denied and you still wish to dispute, you may then proceed to arbitration

Note: If any portion of this arbitration agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect. If the class action waiver is found unenforceable, the entire arbitration agreement shall be void, and disputes will be resolved in court with the venue and jurisdiction provisions below applying.

4. No Private Messaging - Harassment Prevention

LanguageKnow does NOT support private messaging between users.

  • There is no direct messaging, chat, or private communication system on this platform
  • All communication happens through public content (lessons, peer reviews, group discussions)
  • This protects users, especially minors, from harassment and inappropriate contact
  • Attempting to solicit private contact information (email, phone, social media) is strictly prohibited
  • Violations result in immediate account termination and may be reported to authorities

Report Harassment:

If someone attempts to solicit your contact information or engage in inappropriate communication, report it immediately through our platform or email support@languageknow.com

5. Acceptable Use Policy

4.1 Permitted Uses

You may use LanguageKnow for personal, non-commercial language learning and cultural education purposes, and if registered as a Teacher, for contributing educational content in accordance with our content guidelines.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations
  • Upload, post, or transmit content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing, threatening, or promotes violence or discrimination
  • Impersonate any person or entity or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Platform, other user accounts, or computer systems or networks connected to the Platform
  • Use automated means (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to access, collect data from, or interact with the Platform without our express written permission (this does not restrict reuse of openly licensed material or of our open dictionary dataset in accordance with Section 5.6)
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure, servers, or networks
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or other malicious code
  • Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the Platform
  • Use the Platform to spam, solicit, or advertise products or services
  • Harvest or collect personal information of other users without their consent

6. Content Standards and Intellectual Property

5.1 User-Generated Content

"User Content" refers to any text, audio, images, or other materials that users submit, upload, or make available through LanguageKnow. You retain ownership of your original User Content, subject to the license granted below.

5.1.1 AI-Generated and AI-Assisted Content

LanguageKnow may use artificial intelligence tools to assist in content generation, improvement suggestions, translation, and moderation. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • AI may generate content, translations, or improvements. AI-generated content, and entries imported from openly licensed sources, are labeled by origin and may be published after automated quality checks, before any person has reviewed them
  • Content that you submit with AI assistance is subject to the same peer review as other contributions
  • You are responsible for reviewing and verifying any AI-generated suggestions before accepting them
  • Content created with AI assistance must be clearly labeled as such where technically feasible
  • LanguageKnow is not liable for inaccuracies, biases, or errors in AI-generated content
  • LanguageKnow does not claim copyright in material generated by AI without human authorship

5.2 Content License Grant

By submitting User Content to LanguageKnow, you grant KOMS Services LLC a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform, and display such content in connection with operating and promoting the Platform. This license continues even if you stop using the Platform or delete your account.

5.3 Content Representations and Warranties

By submitting User Content, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have obtained all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to submit the content
  • The content does not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other rights of any third party
  • The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge
  • The content complies with these Terms and all applicable laws

5.4 Prohibited Content

Users may not upload content that:

  • Contains hate speech, discriminatory language, or promotes hostility against any group
  • Is sexually explicit, pornographic, or inappropriate for general audiences
  • Promotes violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
  • Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights
  • Contains personal identifying information of third parties without their consent
  • Is plagiarized or copied from other sources without proper attribution and rights
  • Contains false or misleading information presented as fact

5.5 Platform Intellectual Property

The LanguageKnow name, logo, website design, software, and all other proprietary materials are owned by or licensed to KOMS Services LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our Platform or included software without our express written permission. This Section does not restrict reuse of openly licensed material on the Platform, or of our open dictionary dataset, in accordance with the applicable license (see Section 5.6).

5.6 Openly Licensed Dictionary Content

Some dictionary entries on LanguageKnow are adapted from openly licensed sources and remain under their original licenses, as indicated on the entry and on our Sources page. Nothing in these Terms claims exclusive ownership of that material. User contributions remain governed by Section 5.2. If you reuse openly licensed material from LanguageKnow, including records from our open dictionary dataset, you must follow the license shown for that material, including its attribution requirements and, for share-alike material, its share-alike condition. Sections 4.2 and 5.5 do not restrict reuse of openly licensed material in accordance with its license.

5.7 Copyright Infringement Claims

If you believe that content on LanguageKnow infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our designated agent, registered with the United States Copyright Office: Copyright Agent, KOMS Services LLC, 3120 Southwest Fwy, Ste 101 #260864, Houston, TX 77098, USA; telephone +1 (346) 601-0146; email admin@komsservicesllc.com. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3), your notice must include substantially the following: (a) a physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed; (b) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed or, if multiple works at a single online site are covered by one notice, a representative list of such works; (c) identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it, such as its web address; (d) information reasonably sufficient to permit us to contact you, such as an address, telephone number and email address; (e) a statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and (f) a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.

Counter notice. If we remove or disable access to material you posted because of a notice, we will take reasonable steps promptly to tell you. If you believe the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter notice to the designated agent above. Under 17 U.S.C. 512(g)(3), it must include: (a) your physical or electronic signature; (b) identification of the material that was removed or disabled and the location at which it appeared before it was removed or disabled; (c) a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification; and (d) your name, address and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located or, if your address is outside the United States, for any judicial district in which KOMS Services LLC may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who sent the original notice or that person's agent. We will send a copy of a valid counter notice to the person who sent the original notice and tell that person that we will restore the material in 10 business days. We will restore the material not less than 10 and not more than 14 business days after we receive the counter notice, unless our designated agent first receives notice that the person who sent the original notice has filed an action seeking a court order to restrain you from engaging in infringing activity relating to the material.

Repeat infringers. We terminate, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.

A person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing, or that it was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, may be liable for damages under 17 U.S.C. 512(f).

7. Peer Review System

LanguageKnow employs a community-based peer review process for content validation. Submitted content undergoes a review period during which other registered Teachers may endorse or dispute the content. This peer review system is intended to promote quality but does not guarantee accuracy or authenticity. KOMS Services LLC is not responsible for peer review decisions or their outcomes, and the peer review process does not constitute professional editorial review or verification.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

LanguageKnow may contain links to third-party websites, services, or resources that are not owned or controlled by KOMS Services LLC. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to the terms and conditions of those websites.

9. Advertising

LanguageKnow displays advertisements to support platform operations. We use Google AdSense on our website and Google AdMob in our mobile apps, and no other advertising network. We may add other advertising partners in the future. By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Advertisements may appear on various pages throughout the Platform
  • On our website, Google may use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads, including ads based on your browsing history and interests; our mobile apps request non-personalized ads only; and we do not show ads to signed-in users whose date of birth shows they are under 18
  • We may change, add, or remove advertising partners at any time, and we will update these Terms and our Privacy Policy before a new partner serves ads
  • We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or opinions expressed in advertisements
  • Clicking on advertisements may redirect you to third-party websites governed by their own terms and privacy policies

8.1 Opting Out of Personalized Ads

You can opt out of personalized advertising from Google through Google Ads Settings, or through industry-wide opt-outs at aboutads.info/choices. Our mobile apps request non-personalized ads only.

8.2 Cookie Policy

For detailed information about cookies used by us and our advertising partners, please see our Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy.

10. Donations

LanguageKnow accepts voluntary donations to support platform development and language preservation initiatives. By making a donation, you acknowledge that:

  • Donations are voluntary and non-refundable unless required by applicable law
  • Donations do not entitle you to any additional services, features, or benefits beyond those available to all users
  • KOMS Services LLC reserves the right to use donations at its discretion to support platform operations and mission
  • Donation receipts may be provided for your records but KOMS Services LLC makes no representations regarding tax deductibility

11. Future Paid Services and Pricing Changes

LanguageKnow reserves the right to introduce paid features, subscription plans, premium tiers, or other monetization models at any time. By continuing to use the Platform, you acknowledge that:

  • Currently available features may become part of paid tiers in the future
  • New premium features may be introduced that are not available to non-paying users
  • Pricing, features, and access levels may change with reasonable notice
  • We will notify users of significant changes to our service model via email or platform announcements

No Guarantee of Free Access: Nothing in these Terms guarantees perpetual free access to any features or services. The current availability of features without charge does not create any obligation to maintain such availability.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

Our collection, use, and handling of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using LanguageKnow, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL KOMS SERVICES LLC, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH:

  • YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE PLATFORM

  • ANY LEARNING OUTCOMES, EMPLOYMENT DECISIONS, OR OTHER CONSEQUENCES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM

IN NO EVENT SHALL KOMS SERVICES LLC BE LIABLE TO YOU FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THIS PLATFORM.

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

15. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless KOMS Services LLC, its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (d) your User Content; or (e) any claim that your User Content caused damage to a third party.

16. Termination

KOMS Services LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Reasons for termination may include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, fraudulent or illegal activity, extended periods of inactivity, or upon request by law enforcement or government agencies.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform will immediately cease. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnification obligations, and limitations of liability.

16. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Before filing any formal legal claim, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@languageknow.com. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within sixty (60) days.

16.2 Binding Arbitration

If informal resolution is unsuccessful, any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

16.3 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND KOMS SERVICES LLC AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

16.4 Time Limitation

Any cause of action or claim you may have arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Platform must be commenced within one (1) year after the cause of action accrues. Otherwise, such cause of action or claim is permanently barred.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. For any disputes not subject to arbitration, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Texas.

International Users: While these Terms are governed by Texas law, we acknowledge that users in other jurisdictions may be subject to local laws. If content or behavior violates applicable local laws (including laws regarding hate speech, harassment, or illegal content), please report it through our platform. We will cooperate with law enforcement authorities where required by law.

18. Modifications to Terms

KOMS Services LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Last Updated" date. We may, but are not obligated to, provide additional notice of material changes. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must stop using the Platform.

19. Modifications to Platform

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time, including the availability of any features, content, or services, with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Platform.

20. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, shall be severed from these Terms. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

21. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other legal notices or guidelines published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and KOMS Services LLC regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, negotiations, and discussions, whether oral or written.

22. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. Any waiver of any provision of these Terms will be effective only if in writing and signed by KOMS Services LLC.

23. Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights hereunder without our prior written consent. KOMS Services LLC may assign these Terms without restriction. These Terms shall be binding upon and inure to the benefit of the parties and their respective successors and permitted assigns.
